Cannot load v96.0.0 (64-bit) - Windows 11 Pro

Trouble installing update 96.0 Windows 64bit

After downloading version 96.0 for Windows 64 bit I recieved the following error trying to install it… Output folder: C:\Program Files\MKVToolNix Can’t write: C:\Program Files\MKVToolNix\mkvextract.exe I tried removing the read only tag from the folder in Program Files and it still gave the same error.
