ok maybe I’m doing something wrong? so my MVK movies will not forward or rewind. I think I used this program to fix that problem? I tried to d/l one of the links last week and it held my computer hostage I think it was called PC something. So am I on the right track or way off base about this program? Thanks for your help and fast reply. Jeff

MKVToolNix can indeed remux existing Matroska (MKV) files, and the resulting file can usually played by all common players. I do not know the specifics of your problem, but so far you don’t sound off base.

Assuming you’re on Windows: in the Windows section get the link for the 64-bit installer (…-setup.exe).
