Splitting MKV to millisecond

Hi,

Just stumble upon this mkvtoolnix for splitting my son’s Paw Patrol Series.
I try to set splitting mkv files up to millisecond - to split episode 1 and 2 that was combined for plex.

But the output always round up to the next second.

Is there any workaround for this or did I do something wrong here?
Hope somebody can help me clarify regarding this.
