Delete bulk sustitles

I have a source mkv file that has 20 subtitles listed. How do I bulk delete these?

Click MKVToolNix Gui in the menu then Preferences. Under multiplexer, go to Enabling Items. Check the box for Only enable copying of tracks with specific languages by default

Select which track languages you want to keep. You can set other things to keep or reject by default.

Then when you open a file all you need to do to clean it of the unwanted stuff is click the button to process it.
