Close program when Job queue is done?

Is it possible to close MKVToolNix when the jobs in the Job queue have been processed?

At the moment this isn’t possible. It would be easy to add, though. If you want such a feature, please open a feature request over on Gitlab. Otherwise chances are I’ll forget about it again. Thanks.
