Can't extract the right part from file

Hi,

I have been using MKVextractGUI for many years to extract .srt sub-files from mkv files.
But after a new Windows 10 install the program is not extracting the right language srt file, as shown on the GUI. I pick Brazilian and it gives me Italian.
What can be happening and how can I correct it?
