Avoid automatic naming by mkvtoolnix

I notice that if i put a mkv file which has a title. mkvtoolnix use as defaut the title as the new name of file mkvtoolnix will create. I would like the name as default of new name (and not the title) but i don’t see anything in the preference for that.

Is there a way to do it ? Name as default name even if the mkv file has a title ?

You can configure how the destination file name is generated in the preferences → “Multiplexer” → “Destination file name”. You cannot set it to a fixed value, but you can disable using the file title, in which case it’ll be based on the source file names.
