I would like to make a suggestion: Would it be possible to implement in the “Add to Job Queue” option a way that if you place several videos at once, the software can automatically open the tabs with the same number of files, without having to do them one by one?

Sounds like you’re trying to to batch operations. The GUI isn’t meant to do them and never will. There are third-party batch processing tools out there that you can give a try, though.
